Pacific Arts Association (PAA) and Blaine Harbor Music Festival (BHMF) has approved the following Refund Policy for student tuition, room and board, effective as of November 7, 2023:
If a student requests a refund up to 14 days prior to the first day of Camp Week, they will receive a full refund for tuition, room and board, less a $100 nonrefundable fee.
If a student requests a refund thirteen (13) or less days prior to Camp Week, they will receive a 50% refund less a $100 nonrefundable fee. This includes a cancellation on registration day.
Refunds requested after registration day of Camp Week will be denied. Appeal of the denial will need to be considered by the Board.
