The Blaine Harbor Music Festival* has been held on the shores of the Salish Sea in Blaine Washington since 2002.

BHMF features a week-long music education program, along with workshops and concerts for middle school and high school musicians.

Performance concerts take place every day at noon, and there is a stage performance every evening featuring the musical talents of the performance artists who make up the faculty of BHMF.

In 2019, the festival will be held from July 7-13.  To learn more about the festival organizer, Pacific Arts Association, see below.

BHMF welcomes students with experience in all musical styles and instruments. We are proud to feature four unique programs for our attending students: Vocal Jazz, Instrumental Jazz, New Directions and Let’s Rock!
